Visit our atelier, or book an appointment, with your original certificate and proof of purchase in hand.
We Evaluate

Our gemologists verify the diamond and gold's authenticity, condition and current value, and confirm your exchange amount.
Choose Your Next Rarity

Apply your exchange credit — 75% of your original purchase value — toward any piece in the current collection.

The Original Piece

Unaltered, undamaged, and free of repairs or modifications made outside our atelier.
Valid Certificate

The diamond or gemstone certificate issued with your piece at the time of purchase.
Proof of Purchase

Your original Dwira invoice or receipt, confirming the piece and its date of purchase.
In-Person Evaluation

A final inspection by our gemologists, to confirm authenticity and condition before exchange.

Lifetime Exchange is available anytime after your purchase — there is no expiry.
Exchange value is 75% of your original purchase price (excluding taxes, duties and shipping), confirmed at the time of evaluation.
Both the original certificate and original proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) must be produced. Exchange cannot proceed with only one.
The piece must be in its original, unaltered condition. Resizing, engraving, repair or any modification carried out by a third party may affect eligibility, subject to inspection.
If a certificate has been lost, re-certification may be arranged at the customer's cost prior to exchange.
Exchange credit is issued toward a new purchase only. It is not redeemable for cash and is non-transferable.
If your new piece costs more than your exchange credit, the difference is payable at checkout. Credit is not refunded in cash if the new piece costs less.
Each piece may be exchanged once under this policy.
Bespoke and commissioned pieces are evaluated case by case — speak with your atelier consultant.
Final eligibility and exchange value are determined in person by our gemologists at the time of evaluation.
